Refund policy

Refunds will be issued to customers who have cancelled the order.

Refunds will also be issued to returned products after proper verification of the product received by us.

Refunds will generally be issued within 2-3 business working days from the date of successful cancellation.

In case of returns, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 working business days after receiving the products and proper verification. The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment/account from where the payment was conducted. It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in customers's account.

In case of online orders there will be a full refund and we will be charging a delivery fee of 110 INR in case of cash on delivery orders.

All orders placed from Monday-Friday are shipped within 1 working day (we are open from Sunday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM) and the expected delivery timelines are 1-4 business days, depending upon the delivery location. All orders are shipped via ShipRocket. We offer shipping all across India and have maximum pincode coverage to ensure better reach for all our customers.

International orders are serviced as well but the Shipping rates will vary as well as applicable VAT will be charged (the same is communicated to the customer by our Customer Service team).

Return/Exchange

If Customers report delivery of damaged goods within 24 hours of Delivery, the same will be eligible for Exchange. Return Pickup will be arranged and the customer must return the damaged item in the same packaging with order id clearly visible. Once Return Pickup is confirmed by our delivery partner, a fresh piece will be dispatched.

Refund policy

All items sold on our website are non-refundable. Any refunds processed, will only be done at the sole discretion of Ayodhya prasadam.
